Fenix CRM does not currently present Slack as a native production connector in the internal Settings integration catalog. This public entry is therefore explicitly marked as roadmap. Teams that need event delivery today can evaluate Webhooks and their own receiving automation.

Setup guidance

  1. Status: roadmap for a native connector.
  2. For current automation, configure a Fenix Webhook.
  3. Route the event through your approved automation or endpoint if Slack delivery is required.
