Webhooks provide an integration boundary for external automation tools and custom applications. Use them for event-driven delivery while keeping authentication, retries, idempotency, and tenant ownership explicit on the receiving side.

Setup guidance

  1. Open Settings → Webhooks.
  2. Create the destination endpoint configuration.
  3. Select the events that should be delivered.
  4. Validate signatures/authentication and make the receiver idempotent.
